1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Kingdom Rewire ("the Service"), operated by EZBiz Services LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Kingdom Rewire is an AI-powered, Scripture-based emotional transformation platform. The Service provides guided transformation tracks, AI-powered pastoral conversations, daily devotional journeys, and emotional assessments designed to help users renew their minds through biblical truth.

The Service is not a substitute for professional mental health care, therapy, or medical advice. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a licensed professional or call 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline).

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Kingdom Rewire offers paid subscription plans billed monthly or annually. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@kingdomrewire.com for refund requests.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
  • Share your account credentials with others or allow multiple users to access a single account.
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the Service without our written permission.
  • Reproduce, redistribute, or resell any content from the Service without authorization.

6. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to provide personalized Scripture-based guidance and pastoral conversations. AI-generated content is provided for spiritual encouragement and personal reflection only. While we strive for biblical accuracy, AI responses may occasionally contain errors or misinterpretations.

AI-generated content does not constitute professional counseling, therapy, medical advice, or theological doctrine. You should exercise your own judgment and consult appropriate professionals when needed.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — are owned by or licensed to EZBiz Services LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your personal journal entries, session notes, and user-generated content remain yours. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EZBiz Services LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support@kingdomrewire.com. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Mississippi, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Forrest County, Mississippi.
